If you encounter any issues with your order, please promptly email us at support@odsey.com. We will do our best to address your concerns. If your order has already been shipped (provided with a tracking number), we are unable to cancel or refund the order at this time. Please wait for your package to arrive before contacting us.
Refund and Return Eligibility
Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of your purchase. After 30 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Please Note: Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Customer Responsibility for Return Costs
Orders may be fulfilled through international manufacturing or logistics partners. As a result, return shipments may need to be sent internationally. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including international postage, customs forms, duties, taxes, and carrier fees.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, please contact us at support@odsey.com for further instructions.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations (if applicable):

Items returned that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refund Process
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within a certain number of business days.
Lost or Missing Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier.
If you believe your package has been lost after delivery confirmation, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
If an incorrect shipping address was provided during checkout, please contact us immediately. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
To help ensure successful delivery, please keep your contact information up to date and make sure someone is available to receive the package.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit once the returned item is received.
If the item was not marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves first, any refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
